ZapTube provides a curated interface for YouTube content, allowing users to organize subscriptions and playlists into channel-like experiences. We do not host, store, or distribute video content. All video content is streamed directly from YouTube.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use ZapTube.
4. YouTube Integration
ZapTube uses the YouTube API Services to provide features. By using ZapTube, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. We access your YouTube data only with your explicit authorization.
5. Acceptable Use

ZapTube's branding, design, and software are our intellectual property. YouTube and its content are the property of Google and respective content creators. We claim no ownership over YouTube content.

ZapTube is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapTube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of ZapTube after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZapTube operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
